Rajiv established RNSA in 1987 and is a Senior Partner at RNSA. As a senior partner, Rajiv brings more than 30 years of experience to RNSA's taxation, audit & assurance and consulting engagements. Rajiv uses his broad experience in domestic and international taxation to help clients resolve complex issues related to capital gains taxation, global mobility, tax return compliance, transfer pricing, international and corporate tax, litigation support and other matters including financial analysis and management consulting.
Rajiv also provides proactive tax planning services for high net worth individuals and their related businesses, including partnerships and corporations. In addition, Rajiv has worked directly with the closely held business owners and companies and their management team to provide a holistic approach to their financials goals including personal financial planning and business owner succession planning.

Biography
Aditi is a partner with Rajiv N Shah & Associates in Mumbai and has joined the firm in Aug 2018 after taking extensive industry experience of ~7 years. As a part of Rajiv N Shah & Associates, she focuses on arranging all types of funding for clients - equity, debt, working capital, mezzanine etc.and provides advice on exhaustive financial aspects of existing business, startups, new businesses, business expansion & operations. She also leads audit and assurance engagements (mainly statutory audit/internal audit/ stock audit/management audit). As a part of personal finance segment, she provides portfolio management services in association with several fund houses and advise the clients on several investment products available in the capital markets depending on their risk and return profile. She also takes up valuation assignments, due diligence reviews by engaging in collaborations. Her current role also includes preparation of financial models, industry mapping, financial forecasting, making business proposals/ pitch books/ information memorandums, project management and managing client relationships.
Aditi is a philanthropist and started her own NGO 'Mindependence' in Sept'2018. 'Mindependence' means independence of an individuals' thoughts (MIND). The NGO works towards the cause of women independence/empowerment and liberation. She also advises clients with philanthropic mindset on NGO/ trust management cum compliance due to her deep interest in social welfare and helps them with CSR funding.
Prior to joining RNSA, Aditi has worked as an Equity Research Analyst with J.P. Morgan India Private Limited, Mumbai for ~2 years. She has covered the European Utilities sector tracking 28 FTSE listed power, network, water, renewable companies. She was selected for a 16-week onshore training in London where she attended company investor meetings. She has handled financial forecasting and valuation models and fostered relationships with internal sales.
Aditi has also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited, Mumbai as a part of Valuation & Strategy team for ~2 years. She was part of a team executing valuation and modelling engagements emanating from M&A/ corporate restructuring of an entity, financial reporting and regulatory reporting requirements of entity. Her role included preparation of financial models, industry mapping, valuation reports, making business proposals/pitch books/ information memorandums and managing client relationships. She has worked on Financial Instruments valuations assignments involving bonds, forwards, swaps, options and ESOPs.
Aditi has been instrumental in transforming the firm from a traditional approach to one driven by technology.
