Rajiv established RNSA in 1987 and is a Senior Partner at RNSA. As a senior partner, Rajiv brings more than 30 years of experience to RNSA’s taxation, audit & assurance and consulting engagements. Rajiv uses his broad experience in domestic and international taxation to help clients resolve complex issues related to capital gains taxation, global mobility, tax return compliance, transfer pricing, international and corporate tax, litigation support and other matters including financial analysis and management consulting.

Rajiv also provides proactive tax planning services for high net worth individuals and their related businesses, including partnerships and corporations. In addition, Rajiv has worked directly with the closely held business owners and companies and their management team to provide a holistic approach to their financials goals including personal financial planning and business owner succession planning.
