A young Chartered Accountant has been handling tax and regulatory matters pertaining to Corporate tax, International tax and Personal tax in both Advisory and Compliance related matters. She has represented clients in assessment and appellate proceedings before the tax authorities at various levels. She also advices clients on FEMA, planning through mergers & acquisitions and other associated matters.

Her responsibilities include overseeing the service delivery of innovative tax compliance and consulting solutions to the clients. She provides tax and financial planning services to closely held businesses and individuals with the mission of helping them define, measure, and achieve their financial goals.

In addition, she has been advising clients on indirect tax implications, tax planning and compliance. Her advice covers legal aspects touching GST, Value added tax, service tax across various industry verticals.

Palak has been the catalyst in transforming the firm from a traditional approach to one driven by technology.
